So, despite the many errands I had planned for myself, I couldn’t help but be lured over to the Orange House with the promise of mimosas and Carolyn’s good eats. Jesus, Mary and Joseph!!! Whipping up the scrumptious delights were Carolyn, the Executive Culinary Cutie and Andy, the Shirtless Sous Chef. The menu consisted of Mimosas (made from fresh-squeezed OJ, garnished with strawberries and mint fresh from the garden), Spicy Olive Tapenade served over Brie with Crostini and a Rainbow Potato & Leek Frittata served on a Toasted Baguette! YUMMY! Needless to say, the third & final course was a Food Coma that could not be shook by more than half the crowd! Unbelievable what a little delicious food and champagne can do to you… Whew!
